Delivery & Payment Terms
Safes Ireland™ are fully insured for delivery and installation of safes and vaults. Never let delivery or installation personnel on to your premises without specific insurance for safe delivery and installation.
Pay On Installation
Unlike many e-commerce sites we don't ask you to pay in advance in fact we don't allow the facility on our site because we want to make sure you are buying the right safe for your insurance needs, that you are aware of all the options and what they mean as regards operation and insurance .
We are happy to work on a payment on installation basis in most cases once we have your signed order.
All orders will require payment upon delivery and installation. If you wish you can pay in advance but it's not a requirement. We accept cheques, credit transfers or cash.
Invoices will be forwarded by e-mail and our installation personel who work directly for us will have a copy.
Credit terms can be applied for and may be granted at the discretion of Safes Ireland™ credit control.
For credit applications we may make a search with a credit agency, which may keep a record of that search and may share that information with other companies. We may also make enquiries about the Principal Directors. We may also use other publicly available information about your company to make a decision on granting/refusing credit terms.
If credit is granted, credit terms will be strictly 28 days from invoice date. If the customer fails to pay invoices within the credit period granted, we reserve the right deny any further orders until payment has been received. We may turn over excessively overdue invoices to a debt collection agency and/or initiate legal action where required.
